3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or book treatments through the Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Treatment services advertised on the Website are exclusively reserved for female clients, as stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking that does not meet eligibility criteria.

5. Treatment Appointments
Private at-home facialist treatments are booked exclusively via WhatsApp and are subject to the following conditions:
- WhatsApp booking only: Appointments are available by prior booking only. All bookings are confirmed personally via WhatsApp and subject to availability.
- Booking confirmation: A WhatsApp enquiry does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive personal confirmation from us via WhatsApp.
- Address required: Your full address (building name, apartment number and floor, parking availability near the residence) must be provided before the appointment can be confirmed.
- Reminder: A reminder message will be sent the day before, or on the day of, your appointment. Without confirmation from your side, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment value.
- Travel fees: Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location.
- Health disclosure: You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, skin conditions, recent procedures, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or adapt a treatment for your safety.
- Not medical care: Our treatments are cosmetic and wellness services. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
6. Beauty Diagnosis Tool
